The reception was very warm and we were welcomed at Glebe House like friends; the service was excellent, with breakfast delivered to the room every morning. All the necessary amenities were available, and we had a lovely stay in Walmer, so we thank Phyl and Al again for the wonderful time.

A room that felt fresh and cozy, fully equipped with everything you need. The bedding was very soft, the shower was good, and the breakfast was delivered to the room based on our preferences. Some of us found the mattresses too soft, but that’s a personal preference. There was no air conditioning, though a fan was available.

The room was homely, clean, and cosy, which helped us relax and rest. The property itself was lovely, and we enjoyed the breakfast in the room. Al, the proprietor, was a true gentleman who went above and beyond by arranging transportation to a wedding during our stay; he’s a superstar! The only minor issue for me was the well‑intentioned air freshener in the room, which aggravated my asthma. After locating it and airing the room for an hour, everything was fine.
