The staff were very pleasant. When we entered the room, it didn’t smell very good, so we had to keep the window open until evening to ventilate, which wasn’t ideal because the windows are high and hard to reach. The shower seemed a bit clogged because the water didn’t flow quickly.

The hotel is very well located and matches the description. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and have the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay. A shower curtain for the bathtub is missing, and the bedding is quite firm.

The room is comfortable. The hotel isn’t far from the Massena metro station. Tea and infusions are available at the reception, and the breakfast is hearty and decent. The outlets are tied to the lights, so when you turn them off at night, you can’t charge your phone while sleeping! The kettle had to be plugged into the bathroom because there was no outlet near the office.

The location is very good. The shower and sink were dirty, the toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom was very small.
