“Awesome setting, fabulous staff”

The staff were wonderful, all of them upbeat and eager to help, and the location and surroundings are great; the hotel is a bit dated, yet the beds remain comfortable and the vibe is charming.

The hotel sits on a gorgeous lake and feels like a return to old‑world luxury; the rooms are huge and comfortable, the staff are extremely friendly, and the terrace restaurant offers tasty, spectacular food—definitely want to stay again.

“Dreamlike experience in a hiker's paradise”

The complimentary breakfast buffet is fantastic, and the dinner service, though paid, is also great; the indoor pool is lovely for unwinding after a day of hiking in the Dolomites above the lake. There are gear shops, a café, and a general store downstairs where you can find almost anything you need, and the staff and facilities are organized, efficient, and hospitable. The only downside is that we had to leave earlier than we’d hoped; I would have liked to stay three weeks instead of just three days, but everything else was fine and I’ll return for sure.

“Vista privilegiada”

The location alone is amazing, the parking is free, and the market is in the same building; the food was good, the room was beautiful with plenty of space and a side view of the lake, and the beds were comfortable. I couldn’t figure out how to set the heater to a pleasant temperature when it was 0 °C, but they quickly brought extra blankets, so otherwise there’s nothing to complain about.
