COZY STAY KUPANG

AVOID THIS PLACE! FRAUD AND UNSANITARY CONDITIONS! Do not stay at this property under any circumstances! Horrible conditions: The photos are completely misleading and do not match reality at all. The room had a severe, intolerable foul odor and was in complete unsanitary condition. We could not even stay there for a single hour. Financial scam / Extortion: On top of the full amount charged , they demanded an additional 110,000 IDR claiming it was for "the first night fee", explicitly promising that they would process a refund for the remaining amount. In the end, they kept the entire 1,065,727 IDR and sent back a insultingly fake/symbolic refund of just 1 IDR! We did not even stay at this place for a single night, yet they took all our money through deception and lies. Total scam and terrible management. Stay far away from this place!. AVOID THIS PLACE! The accommodation is basic but has everything you need, including a private bathroom; however, some facilities are worn out and essentials like a hair dryer are missing.

The Oebobo bus terminal is just a five‑minute walk behind the hotel, which was handy since I arrived by bus from Kefa to Kupang and happened to be at that terminal. The surrounding area is residential, so there are no restaurants nearby, but a shopping centre called Lippo about ten minutes on foot offers dining options. At the front desk a young staff member who looked like a university student was on duty, and checking out around six in the morning caused no issues. The pictures on the website are very attractive, yet the actual facilities feel quite dated and the room is small; given the low price I can’t complain loudly, but it wasn’t especially comfortable.

The hotel was good for the rates.

The location is central. The shower had no water and the pressure was very low.
