The staff behaved poorly, cleanliness was lacking, the AC wasn’t working at the start and one fan was broken, the bed had stains and was torn, and mosquitoes were in the room. When we told the staff, they were reluctant but eventually changed the room, which was a little better than the previous one. The Wi‑Fi also didn’t work.

The staff were cordial and arranged a cab to Tirumala easily, and the room was clean; everything was good.
