I’m grateful to the entire hotel staff, from Manager Mr. Abdulrahman to Receptionist Ms. Amira, and everyone else including Supervisor Sharif, worker Raju, and furniture installer Ahmed. The hotel deserves 100 stars in every respect and is close enough to the Haram that you can walk or pray right outside the property.

“Excellent location and value for money.”

The cleaning crew, especially Raju, was outstanding. The cafeteria staff were very friendly.

The place is close and clean. The security was a bit strict.

The only good thing was the location. The hotel wasn’t clean; the first room’s toilet had paint that hurt us.
