The hospitality was good. It was slightly worse than other hotels in the chain, but cheaper.

The staff were great, laundry was free, the place was clean, the garden was lovely, etc. I think I’ll stop staying at Atour hotels now.

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly staff who went out of their way to help in every possible way… I want to thank Tu An, Yi Ang and Wujing jie for everything they did: paying out of their own Alipay account to serve me, washing my clothes, setting up WeChat for us… I will never be able to thank them enough. The kitchen staff were incredibly kind. The breakfast was varied and very good. I highly recommend this hotel. The owner and the guests of this hotel are lucky to have such staff. I liked everything.

The staff were available, the services and location were great, and the mattress and pillows were of high quality. A small oversight with the blankets upon arrival (tiny spots), but it was fixed promptly in 10 minutes with new blankets and a gift of tea and a magnet for the mishap.
