मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
The room looked good, warm, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen didn’t work as advertised; you could only order coffee and tea. You couldn’t eat on site, and it would stay that way for the whole vacation. The pool was also closed, so you couldn’t swim, and that wasn’t mentioned when booking.

The view from the window was very nice and the breakfasts were tasty. The distance to the center of Bukovel is a problem; without a car it’s practically impossible to reach the hotel.

I liked the courteous staff, tasty food, comfortable rooms, and especially the mountain views from the room.

The view was nice, but the bed and mattress were awful—couldn't sleep at all. Soundproofing was terrible; the guy in the neighboring room snored so loudly it felt like we were in the same room. The shower mixer was dirty, covered in grime, and the black grout on the tiles didn’t hide the black mold.
