Overall, it was quite good, but the room had a cigarette smoke smell, invoices were provided very slowly—over 10 days and still not received—and the staff’s services were good. Just nice.

The parking staff, doorman, reception, bellman and breakfast team were all well trained, and the facilities are incomparable to any hotel in Penang; the rooms are just nice and clean, though there is still a small room for improvement.
