The facilities were nice and the staff were excellent, offering room alternatives. However, there were many flies in the room.

Amazing! The room is gorgeous, clean, and modern. The property is STUNNING, with volcano views. The restaurant is delicious, service is fun. There are activities on site, making it a great place for families. Great value for money! Loved everything!
