The accommodation was fairly spacious and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the upper‑floor rooms required climbing a steep set of stairs and were a bit far, and the breakfast selection wasn’t very varied.

The setting was just right, but even though I booked a dinner in advance the receptionist who was supposed to arrange it forgot, and last night the restaurant staff told me the food wouldn’t be ready for another hour; when I complained the employee turned his back and I had to go elsewhere to eat.

The room was comfortable with beautiful scenery, and the pool, room service and reception were good, but the restaurant fell short—service needs work, staff training is lacking, the dishes were bland and tasteless, and given the high prices and almost no walking‑distance alternatives, the quality and service must be reconsidered.
