“A very disappointing stay: uncomfortable, noisy, and not worth the price.”

Nothing in particular stood out as positive. The room was far too small for what I paid, and the bathroom was extremely cramped and in bad condition. The mattress was so uncomfortable that I could feel the springs and could barely sleep. There was noise in the middle of the night and early in the morning. The hotel didn’t live up to my expectations for a three‑star property. It’s the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Thessaloniki, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

“Unexeptable staff behaviour!”

I was in a serious health crisis and the staff’s attitude was nothing short of ironic, stingy, and rude, refusing to adjust the booking policy to accommodate my needs.

“Will book again”

The location and staff are great. The shower is very, very tiny, and the curtain sticks to you when it’s wet. The breakfast could have a bit more variety.

We were promised a kosher breakfast with no conditions, but on Saturday the breakfast served was not kosher, and we were told that only those who registered for breakfast and paid would be eligible for a kosher meal.
