The bell attendant were very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. Great location to eatery and mall. 2nd time staying here. Though the water is clean, I would still prefer to have filtered water to drink. No HBO or Netflix or YouTube. Hits movie are all old movies. They had 2 pillows which is good and comfortable

Novena is conveniently located close to everything. Orchard Road and Newton Food Centre are just one or two MRT stops away. Plus, it's right next to a shopping mall, making it an extremely convenient place to stay

The location was great next to the mall and the housekeeper Kim Thai was excellent and so helpful . The pool was also very beautiful. Their was a smell when l flushed the toilet , water pressure of the shower and noisy neighbours and not enough storage space
