The location is amazing, with breathtaking views and numerous hiking routes starting right from the hotel. The old renovation is a downside, and there’s no kettle in the rooms. I couldn’t book the restaurant because the large tourist group had already filled it.

The scenery is fantastic! Communication before arrival was a bit rough, probably due to language barriers and our unfamiliarity with the local transport system, but the owner—especially the elderly gentleman—was very patient and had a great attitude.

On the second day at 9:15 am for breakfast, only chocolate croissants and cream puffs were left; no rolls. The staff replied with a “finish.” We’ve never seen that, and it’s definitely not typical for a hotel. We won’t book here again.

The location is amazing, parking is good, and the road‑pass communication works well. However, the hotel’s pricing is inconsistent; I paid a lot for B&B, yet the night before I could have had dinner for a fraction of the price—odd. The spa looked dated and was disappointing.
