The location, the staff, and the price were all excellent. The only downside was the unpleasant smell that hit me as soon as I walked in – it smelled like a sewer.

We’re back for a second visit this year and liked it last time because it’s close to a shopping mall. The hotel is relatively new, so the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the pool. However, both studios we rented had a persistent sewer smell throughout our stay. Housekeeping temporarily cleared it up, but the odor returned. The front‑desk staff were not very accommodating. I had messaged in advance to swap the two studios for a single‑bedroom suite for our family of two adults and kids. They replied after some delay and said it would cost an extra P3500. When I called to confirm, the staff claimed they couldn’t do it and told me to contact someone else. On check‑in day I reiterated the request; the front‑desk lady was friendly and willing to look into it, but the manager, who was eavesdropping, interrupted and told me the changes were impossible, that I had to cancel my booking (with no refund) and book another room – all just to switch from two studios to one suite so we could stay together.

I booked a breakfast that required leaving the property or having it delivered to my room. The room smelled awful, probably due to sewage from the toilet. The staff and the room were both disappointing.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I also liked the comfortable room and the overall pleasant atmosphere. Only a few minor things could be improved, but overall it was a pleasant stay.
