Grand Mercure Phuket Patong

“It was okay”

The location and the space of tge villa. It is okay but the villa was not properly cleaned as above the fridge is so dusty and around corners in the room and bath as well. Most of the type G sockets in the villa are nit working in the room and living room and it seems that the place was not maintained. Finally the bathroom had leakage and water was everywhere ans they later fixed it but to me it is another sign of poor maintenance

“Good 4 star at best”

Location, lobby layout, restaurant staff. Room a bit frayed at the edges

“Excellent option when exploring Patong”

From the moment I walked in to check‑in all the way to check‑out, everything was flawless. The staff made sure every request was met and even followed up on extra items I asked for. This place is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in during my Phuket trip, and I highly recommend it.

The breakfast was incredibly tasty, but when we stepped into our room everything was soaked—bedsheets, mattress, and sofa all soggy and uncomfortable. We asked for new bedding, yet it too became damp after a while, likely due to the air conditioning creating too much humidity. It was a very unpleasant situation that hurt our overall comfort, and I hope the management looks into this so future guests don’t face the same problem.

“waste of money”

Nothing positive to mention—this isn’t a 5‑star hotel, maybe a 3‑star is more realistic. The check‑in process was terrible; we told them what we needed and nothing was delivered. For a 5‑star place we had to ask for slippers at reception, they’d question why, and then it took them at least 15 minutes or more to bring them.
