Very clean. Beautiful view. Quiet neighborhood. Great for walking! Very close to several towns! The stairs were very steep and too close to the front door. Other than that, perfect!

It’s a side‑building of a residential block, something that would be nice to mention, but I was the only one there. The place is quiet and you can hear the sea from time to time. Walking around was a bit of a hassle for me. The kitchen is superbly equipped. The bathroom is great. Unfortunately, the gate code was never sent to me, so I was left standing there and had to make a lot of calls to figure it out. The house code only worked when it wanted to. And at the price point, I’d expect new instruction sheets and plenty of pillows to be included.

The bed was more comfortable than our own, and the shower’s design and size were perfect. I appreciated the security of the door code. The stairs were a bit of an inconvenience.

The apartment was clean, fine, and in a nice location. The staircase was steep. While the property itself was good, the communication through the Vacasa platform was very lacking. There were no checkout instructions. When I asked questions, I never knew who I was talking to. I reached out to Vacasa about an interior door mat that appeared while we were out for the day, and they seemed to imply that it couldn’t be the case. I’ve never had problems using Airbnb or other sites, but I will never rent another property that is ‘managed’ by Vacasa.

This apartment sits above the garage of a very nice house. It’s in a gated community and has an ocean view about a quarter mile from the apartment. To get there, you walk a path from the backyard across a street and about another 400 yards to the beach. It’s a very quiet beach, but oddly, cars are allowed on it. A few cars with people camping were there. The steps up to the apartment could be difficult for older guests or people with walking issues.
