The apartments were large, beautiful and comfortable, but the breakfast area was very small, slow service, and only offered fruit, juice, coffee, milk and scrambled eggs—extras were charged. Moreover, breakfast wasn’t available at 8 a.m. on the first day, and we had a tour scheduled at 8:40 a.m. We didn’t like the check‑in or check‑out process: the hotel waited for our arrival (we booked six apartments) and could have provided an apartment for us to leave our luggage until 3 p.m. without us having to ask or wait. They told us to store 18 people’s bags in a garage that didn’t feel safe. At check‑out it was worse—we had to leave all bags in the garage because they wouldn’t let us put them in a ground‑floor apartment. It cost us nothing, as our transfer was at 1 p.m., before the 3 p.m. check‑in time.

The building’s design really caught my eye, but the breakfast left something to be desired – it supposedly starts at 8, yet at that time they were still just beginning to prepare it. We were a large group heading out on an excursion, which made things quite stressful, and on the first day my room had no electricity.

“Tolle Unterkunft und absolut empfehlenswert.”

The apartment was spacious, featuring an American kitchen, two single bedrooms, and two bathrooms; the kitchen was well equipped and everything was kept in excellent condition. The staff were exceptionally friendly, though the breakfast was only average and could use improvement.
