The staff are clearly passionate about their work and ready to help with any request; the entire team is exceptionally friendly and pleasant, a rarity even for a five‑star hotel. The grounds are well maintained, with the beach cleaned every morning. The pool and jacuzzi with sunset views stay spotless and offer good variety if you’re tired of the sea. The hotel has its own reef, so you can bring your own snorkeling gear or rent it on site; the reef is well cared for, teeming with fish, and worth exploring. There’s also a diving club with good reviews and reasonable prices, though we didn’t try it ourselves. The hotel enforces a 15+ age limit; during our stay there were no children, although some reviews mention occasional violations. The property remains completely quiet, with no loud music. We’ll definitely recommend it to anyone planning to visit Akaba. The only downside is its distance from Akaba’s supermarkets, so it’s best to buy something tasty in advance; alcohol isn’t sold on site, but you can bring a reasonable amount with you.
