“Don't do it”

I could’t decide on anything; the location was great, close to everything. The room itself was absolutely disgusting. I had come for surgery and didn’t have time to ask for a room change. The floors were filthy, and it was obvious the place wasn’t clean. Water splashed everywhere in the shower, the tub barely drained, and the curtain was grimy. Surfaces in the bathroom, TV area, and kitchen tables were covered in grime. Shelves were dusty and barely attached to the wall. Doors were smeared, and drawers were full of dirt and hair, so nothing could be taken out. There were no disposable cups, and I couldn’t trust the kitchen glassware. On arrival the toilet seat had pee drops, toilet paper in the bowl, and dark stains that looked like mold. Hair was left on the counters, and a distinct musty smell filled the room. I was staying in room 220. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. At 6 am a fire alarm blared unexpectedly, and we were woken up by the wake‑up call.

We didn’t have breakfast. The beds were great, but the couch was horrible, the toilet was too low, the shower sprayed water onto the floor because the door only covered half of the shower, and there were cracks in the tile on the bathroom floor.

Very clean hotel, no issues. We stayed 3 nights. I tried to book another 3‑night stay for a different date, but they wouldn’t allow it with a cancellation option even though I was a Marriott member, so I had to go with another property.

“Love the property, the view and from desk lady made a great lemon drop at the bar!”

The room was clean, the front desk person was hospitable,and the free breakfast was good. It was good
