मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
We were given a ground‑floor room, but it was dirty, the floors were filthy, the TV remote was taped and unusable, the shower curtain had mold at the bottom, there was long black hair everywhere, the toilet seat was half off, and there was no coffee pot or ice machine—very disappointing.

They told me my credit card had been declined, so I had to pay on site. I’ll keep an eye on my statements to make sure I didn’t double‑charge.

I didn’t have breakfast, but the coffee was good. The location was great, and a restaurant a block away offered live entertainment, good food, and drinks. The bed was quite comfortable, and I felt rested when I got up in the morning. The cleaner used had a very strong scent.

I stay there often and it’s always good.

The sheets were so dirty that you could tell the property had really gone downhill. This was my first time staying there in over a year. It used to be my go-to place whenever I visited Palestine, Texas. It was always nice, clean, and a great value. Now it’s dirty and run-down. The police were there when I checked in. It’s sad to see that the business has declined like this
