Avoid this place. I was disappointed by the service and the hidden fees; the room looked neglected and many items were broken. I was hit with a massive hidden bill—$440 for two nights—claimed to be a building fee, yet no one was willing to explain or accept responsibility. The owner blamed the facility, the facility blamed the owner, and customer service was incompetent and didn’t speak English. Everyone just cited the “Policy,” leaving me with no choice but to pay or leave.

They really ought to be more upfront and display the actual rates clearly, rather than burying them in the fine print—since many people don't bother reading those sections. I can't even begin to describe how terrible this place was; the room was in a disgusting state, everything was old and broken for the price, and I could have stayed in a brand‑new hotel for the same rate, not in this trash. This is the last time I’ll book through Booking.
