The hotel is in a very convenient spot, right next to the bus terminal and within 7 minutes walking to the bus station and train station. The room is spacious and clean, has everything needed for a comfortable stay, includes a bathtub, and a large balcony. It’s a wonderful hotel for the price. The staff are friendly and attentive, and there’s a place to wait for air raid alerts. I would have liked a small kettle and a couple of tea bags to drink in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our experience. Everything was excellent, and we felt very comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you to the front desk team for their outstanding service, friendliness, and professionalism. They were always welcoming, helpful, and attentive to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Their hospitality really made a difference! We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and exceptional customer service

The room was clean, had a pleasant scent, and was quiet with underground parking available and a spacious layout. The panoramic windows were a bit unsettling because of the war, and there were too few power outlets – they were only on one side of the bed and far away.

The location is great, close to the train station, the bus terminal, the historic center, and not far from the beach; we visited Otrada and the Dog Park. The room was good, and the breakfast menu was tasty. We travel with a dog, so a dog‑friendly level is important to us. The staff were very friendly, and at breakfast we could bring our dog, which was convenient and meant we didn’t have to eat in turns; the dog was lying under the table at that time. For walks with him, there’s the Preobrazhensky Park, Kirov Square, and Kulikove Field nearby. Overall, Odesa is a nice city for dog lovers. We’re in war, so I don’t even know what else to complain about.
