Short walk to the sea, beach, and city location. The description was wrong: the room has no partition, no walk‑in shower, and a very steep staircase. The reception was not staffed as promised on arrival day, no one was on site, no information on where to leave bikes, no parking allocation or management. The property is surrounded by a noisy youth hostel, a heavily visited smoking pavilion of the clinic, and two restaurants; anyone looking for peace should book elsewhere.

Breakfast offered everything you’d expect from a “normal” breakfast, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Many restaurants are within a few minutes on foot, and the location is central. The bathroom lacked a shaving mirror and a hair dryer. In the morning, the side near the youth hostel was a bit noisy, and a delivery van stopped at 07:30 right under our window to deliver to the fish restaurant—this isn’t a big deal if the driver had turned off the truck’s engine.

The location was very central, the breakfast had a view of the dike, and the décor was pleasant and friendly. The staff were helpful and nice. Since we arrived on Sunday in the late afternoon, we couldn't check in in person; however, a very pleasant telephone contact beforehand was arranged – the key was left at reception and everything was fine.
