Each room features a 46-inch LCD TV, Nespresso coffee machine, and minibar, along with a soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower. The hotel also boasts a fitness centre with floor-to-ceiling windows, infrared sauna, and juice bar.

The staff were quiet but incredibly attentive, which made the stay feel fabulous. The hotel’s location was convenient, just a short walk from our destination. My room was spacious, beautiful, clean, and came with a range of amenities that you don’t even realize you need. Getting a late check‑out was a huge convenience. The lounge and common area had a welcoming vibe with a hint of mysterious elegance. On the downside, it was a bit hard to add extra amenities like a seated breakfast, and I missed having continuous access to a refillable water station or ice.

I loved the room, the bed, and the effort the staff made to send me a cake for my birthday. The staff refused to price match.

The downtown location is excellent, the gym is very good, and the swimming pool and spa facilities are top‑class. The one‑bedroom suite was comfortable and spacious. The reception area is very busy and open, with no quiet lounge.
