The staff were super friendly, helpful and understanding, and the location is a dream. The food was absolutely amazing, and the friendliness really stood out; we’re sure it’s one of the best and most elegant places on the island based on what we saw. The flexibility with the rebooking was especially noteworthy. The air‑conditioning units in the rooms work well, but they should be refurbished soon.

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt, 1 min zum Strand. Das Essen im Hotel war fantastisch, sowohl zum Frühstück als auch über den Tag. Das Personal war stets freundlich und die Schnorcheltour war richtig gut und sehr zu empfehlen. Free Shuttle zur / von der Fähre. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen und würden hier wieder buchen, würden aber ein Standard Zimmer auswählen. Unser Zimmer (japanischer Stil) war leider sehr abgewohnt und alt. Teilweise waren die Möbel schimmelig und dreckig, daher haben wir uns im Zimmer nicht sehr wohl gefühlt. Hier benötigt das Zimmer auf jeden Fall mal eine Renovierung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns leider nicht gepasst

Huge thanks to the whole team – they were incredibly kind and even helped us book the Mitsushima ferry! The room was spotless and perfect, with window screens, which mattered to us. The breakfast offered both Japanese and American options, but I’d strongly suggest adding dinner to your stay; the quality and quantity were outstanding, and the Japanese dinners rivaled any gourmet restaurant. The snorkeling trip was fantastic, and they sent us the videos and photos afterward. Thank you for everything!
