Nothing good at all. Smoking everywhere, no toilet paper, fake hospitality, high charges for rides and currency exchange. Breakfast was horrible—only oily eggs and bread. Sheets were not clean, rooms weren’t cleaned even after we asked. Staff were flirting with guests, which is unprofessional. The toilet leaked, the jacuzzi was bad. Photos were misleading and the elevator looked like a death trap. Birthday plans were canceled without notice after we booked two months in advance. No hot water was provided. I strongly do not recommend this place.

The hotel looks very modern, with good décor, and the staff are attentive, kind, and very polite. At night my partner wanted to buy water and they accompanied her. On our way to the airport we had trouble with Uber because they tried to overcharge us, but the hotel offered a fair and normal price to get us there.
