It was very cold, the heating didn’t work, there was no hot water at night, and the noise was so loud you couldn’t sleep—overall a 2.

The living conditions are terrible and do not correspond to the photos on the website. In fact, this is not a hotel, but a hostel with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Everywhere is dirty, there is an unpleasant smell, unsanitary conditions. We made a reservation, arrived at the place, looked at the room and refused to even check in, everything was so bad. We immediately asked for a refund - the money was not returned. In the photo - one thing, in reality - completely different. This is a blatant deception. It is a great pity for the time and money spent. I do not recommend it. People should know the truth and not be led by beautiful pictures. The property is in a nice area close to shops, but it feels like they just started hosting guests because they lacked basic utilities such as plates, spoons, or pots.
