Elia Fatma Boutique Hotel is situated in Chania Town's Venetian Harbour, 500 metres from the beach. Stylish rooms feature warm-coloured fabrics, design furnishings, flat-screen TVs, and espresso makers. Bathrooms offer toiletries, hairdryers, and slippers. A certified Greek Breakfast is served daily. The hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and nightlife, in a vehicle-restricted Old Town with nearest parking at Talos Square.

The spot was great, the room was comfy and stylishly decorated, but I only got two coffee pods on the first day and the front door kept clicking if guests didn’t close it properly.

The central spot in the old town of Chania was excellent and quiet, the rooms were beautifully personalized, and the breakfast buffet was generous. It was a shame that from 8:00 am the stairwell got noisy as the cleaning crew started their work, talking loudly, using phones, and even scrolling through social media, a complaint that was left at reception. It was also disappointing that the breakfast room was cramped and crowded right from the official start at 8 am, likely because several hotels in the chain now share that space. The cozy boutique vibe is gone, which is unfortunate.

The hotel was comfy, quiet, and well‑located with a very good breakfast, but the entrance door was defective and made noise every night – a problem reported in 2025 that still hasn’t been fixed, which is a pity.
