I found the place in a great spot, just a 10‑minute walk from Jiufen Old Street, close enough to dodge the crowds. The homestay vibe was strong, the host was very nice and caring. The room was well equipped with a fridge, air‑con, water boiler, fast Wi‑Fi, TV, even a dehumidifier, and the host offered laundry service.

The owner was very friendly, showing us nearby sights and restaurants, and even had many pets for us to see. The bed was the same model as at the Grand Hotel and was very comfortable, with complimentary body wash, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, and a cup. The breakfast we paid for was generous, offering sandwiches, fruit, and milk tea. I was really satisfied with this stay!

The room was decent and had everything it should. The owner was enthusiastic and explained things well, and the breakfast was excellent—clearly the owner put effort into it. Parking was a bit inconvenient; although it was a paid option for guests, the price starting at 400 per night was shocking. It would have been better if the host had informed us earlier rather than after arrival, as that made us feel uneasy.

なによりオーナーの熱烈歓迎ぶりがすごい。6人で宿泊したのですが、シングルベッドが4台、ダブルが１台も、九份では貴重です。夕方も朝も散歩が気持ち良いです。. 外のベンチが4人しか座れないのが残念でした。6人座れたら、外で朝食が摂れたのですが。
