HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje

“Nice hotel”

The facilities, location and drink selection were good, with plenty of pools to choose from, especially since they have a dedicated kids’ area. The main bar was understaffed, and the restaurant lacked good quality meat.

“Cant wait to book again”

Everything scored 10 out of 10—from the room to the pools to the restaurants. Food was excellent. We had a slight issue with our toilet door.

My husband and I picked this hotel for our honeymoon. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and they even surprised us with champagne in our room when we asked. The food was absolutely delicious and varied daily, and the overall cleanliness was well maintained. Unfortunately, the whole experience was ruined by cockroaches. We tried to ignore the first one, but when more appeared, it became very uncomfortable. The front desk staff changed our room without hesitation, but the second room had the same problem. The hotel has great potential and service, but because of the insects we would never return.

The pool overall is very nice, the water temperature is good, and the location is good. The cleanliness could be improved; there were days when it seemed they only made the bed because we always found a lot of hair on the floor, not to mention the dirty brush that was found and left by previous guests, and the rude manner of the older gentleman who welcomed us (the young staff were very friendly). When I asked if we could have lunch on the day of our arrival, he replied, “If you pay, you can eat!” Our question was not a request for a complimentary lunch, so this gentleman’s courtesy needs improvement.

“Preis Leistung ist gut.”

The location was good and we found the Hovima Green project meaningful. The food was always fresh and hygienic, with a wide variety. The bed with two single mattresses was very uncomfortable. The floor wasn’t very clean.
