The location, the staff, and the couscous! The little pool is a downside.

During our three‑day stay, no linen changes or cleaning were ever done. Breakfast consisted only of jam, coffee, and a few pieces of bread, and we were not satisfied when we asked for more coffee, bread, or water. The breakfast area was freezing and icy.
