La stanza molto ampia con angolo cottura, il letto ed il cuscino molto comodi, l'insonorizzazione dai rumori esterni, la simpatia della receptionist che mi ha accolto, i free drink in frigo, gli sticker sparsi in camera, la colazione abbondante e varia ed infine una posizione ottima: a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dalla fermata della metro. 1. il receptionist gentile ma sbrigativo, 2. la palestra inutilizzabile, 3. le tende alle finestre, 4. la pulizia approssimativa della camera, 5. lo sporco trovato in uno dei bicchieri, 6. il guardaroba a stretto contatto con il bagno, 7. termostato con regolazioni minime

Das personal und der Service waren sehr gut, die zimmer waren top und das frühstück war sehr gut, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

The staff didn’t warn us about events happening in the city center (right in front of the hotel), so we had to leave our car in another city. The manager at reception tried to make us look foolish by claiming he only worked the first few days… we couldn’t get into the booked room because the door wouldn’t open, so they gave us another one with a broken toilet door. We heard the exhaust fan all night, which was installed right next to the room walls.
