A great spot, especially if you’re driving through hot summer and want to visit selected sights in Lazio, Tuscany and Umbria, like Orvieto, Lake Bolsena, Viterbo, and the many attractions in Tuscany. It’s not far from Rome and the airport. The hostesses were warm and caring; each evening the mother baked cakes, pastries or similar treats. You could try quality white wine. The pool is excellent, and it’s meticulously maintained each morning. Watch out not to confuse this inn with another in Tuscany, closer to Montecatini, that has the same name. Otherwise, no major issues.

L'accueil exceptionnel, la situation géographique, la propreté et l'équipement du logement, la piscine, le petit déjeuner, les nombreuses visites possibles autour. Un séjour absolument parfait !. Tout était parfait !

This is one of the very best accommodations we have experienced in our extended travels throughout Italy, the proximity to Aquapendente's historical sites,the mineral springs nearby ,Eurospin supermarket etc,allow for a carefree, pleasant stay.The facities are great including an extra bonus a sparkling clean pool incl pool toys, football pitch, etc. You are not missing on anything in this property and are always taken care by the lovely Rachela and her caring mum.Rachela speaks an excellent english that makes for an easy and efficient communication prior and post check in.She provided an ample ideas for thongs to do in the area and the vicinity.You get a plentiful breakfast and a freshly baked cake personally delivered to your apartment every evening by mum. In essence,we highly recommend this property and will definitely come back if in the area, thank you.If i could I would definitely rate this accommodation 20.We very much appreciated your amazing personal care and the assistance Rachela and mum, thanks a lot. We absolutely loved staying at the agriturismo Podernuevo; the place and the surrounding area are stunning, and the pool is very enjoyable. Everything we could possibly need for the stay was provided. The breakfasts are fantastic, featuring delicious products and homemade cakes. Rachele and her mother are amazing—they gave us great advice on visits and restaurants and answered all our questions with impressive efficiency. Huge thanks to them!

L'accoglienza e l'attenzione ad ogni minima richiesta con risposte e soluzioni immediate. La qualità dei prodotti e la bontà delle torte della signora Loira. La simpatia della signora Loretta e la competenza di Rachele. La compagnia di Brick nelle passeggiate pomeridiane. La dotazione completa dell'appartamento e del bagno. All'inizio ho avuto la sensazione della posizione. In realtà il paese è sulla Cassia, così da rendere le visite alle città vicine di facile accesso
