The location is close to everything and the place is clean; nothing to complain about.

The view was terrible, there was a lot of noise, and the room was very small. I will never book again.

The location is very close to the mall and Al Arab street, the rooms are suitably sized, clean, and the staff cooperate with guests politely and respectfully. The noise from the fire stairs is annoying because parking is in the middle of the hotel, and the rooms lack sound insulation.
