The reception counter service and the facilities, especially the terrace, were good, but the restaurant staff made no effort to attend to us, discouraged us from dining, and sent us to the terrace even though we were hotel guests.

The staff were friendly, the hotel’s location is brilliant with great views of historic sites and restaurants and bars right outside, the bar buzzes in the evening and offers great sunsets, the hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, towels are changed daily, and I would definitely stay again.

The location, breakfast menu, breakfast area, good bed, clean and nice room, and good indoor climate were all positive, but we heard a lot of noise from the street‑level restaurants under our window, although the windows were fairly sound‑tight.

The location, location, location—this hotel was excellent, the breakfast was good and served by very nice staff, the room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed, we were not bothered by noise at any time despite earlier reviews claiming otherwise, the room was serviced daily and we appreciated the two bottles of water each day, and the rooftop was nice for breakfast and drinks.
