Very clean, staff are accommodating. The location is central so good to walk around the city but not if you’re renting a car. Construction noises woke me up at 7am and persisted all day; I arrived on a weekend so Sunday was a bit quieter. The staff moved me to a quieter room, but the noise travels through all six floors. Be warned.

The location was truly convenient, with several bars right downstairs and a tasty gastropub nearby. The air‑conditioning kept switching to heating, making it uncomfortably hot.

I was welcomed immediately by an exceptionally friendly staff member, and the room was lovely, clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore Sydney on foot, though the lounge felt a bit hard and wasn’t designed for long sitting while watching a movie; a TV that swung out toward the bed could fix that.
