The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good, everyone seemed to try hard. The place was quiet even though a church is right next door. The bathroom heater worked, but the bedroom stayed cold and was a bit uncomfortable despite the rustic furniture; the bed was hard and uncomfortable, the blanket thin, and the linens seemed unpressed. I had to pay €15 for my dog with no service—no bowls, no blanket, no treats. The breakfast area was directed to a spot, and I wanted to sit by the window where there were plenty of free seats.

A simple, clean inn with a decent breakfast. It’s a bit out of the way; you can only reach Fröndenberg by car.

The Uriger Gasthof is a bit old-fashioned. Rooms are clean but very basic. It's a pity the inn is no longer operating. Parking is great and a very nice restaurant is just a few minutes' walk away. The bathroom was cramped, the furnishings were old, and the fixtures were hard to use. It’s great to have a drink fridge, but offering a 0.5 Weizenbier for €4.50 is something I haven’t seen from Hamburg to Zurich. The value for money is a bit off for me for both the beer and the room.
