The location, layout, architecture, people, food, and cleanliness were all exceptional. I couldn't find anything negative.

The food options were great in quality, taste, and value. The location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room and bed linen had an unpleasant odor. For the price charged, the facilities fell short of expectations and didn’t offer good value for money. At a similar price point I’ve stayed elsewhere with better amenities, including rooms with a bathtub and jacuzzi. A few complimentary refreshments or snacks in the room would have been appreciated. The gym was small, lacking adequate equipment, and the fruits there were rotten, which was disappointing and reflected poorly on the overall guest experience.
