The location is right in the heart of the lively district, but the breakfast hours could start a bit earlier—currently only from 7 am—which would be better for those with early departures to the airport in this big city.

The lounge service was great, the rooms were comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the heated pool was a nice touch, but when I arrived I got a little lost because there was no staff at the entrance door.

The staff were amazing!!! So helpful, kind, efficient and lovely, but I wish I could have stayed longer.
