I’ve been here before and notice the room decor has been upgraded; there are plenty of conveniences inside and nearby. The only downside was Biff, who was rude and standoffish.

Every time we return to the St Louis area, we choose this hotel because we know it will be great. The staff are amazing and the location is perfect. Since our last visit, they’ve updated the rooms and the king‑size rooms feel huge and comfortable; the beds are very cozy and always spotless. The change to club access—no longer open on weekends—was disappointing, especially when you’re used to having breakfast and evening snacks available.

Everything was fine, but breakfast should have been included in the room price; I shouldn't have had to pay extra.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant one, with a safe and secure environment that made me feel right at home. The cozy atmosphere and well-equipped amenities made my stay very comfortable, but I was a bit let down by the subpar coffee offered. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its warm and welcoming ambiance, but perhaps they could work on improving their coffee selection.
