The location was great, right in the center, the room size and design were fine. But there was no hot water. After the drive I wanted to shower, yet the staff didn't mention it at check‑in. When I asked later, I was told, "we're renovating, water will probably be back soon." I had to go for a walk hoping to wash up later. The room also had a strange odor. Breakfast was definitely not four‑star; the coffee was instant, the pastries weren't fresh, and the food was just sad.

The hotel is in a good location, close to attractions, supermarkets and KFC. The room is clean and tidy, and the long wardrobe inside can hold a lot of luggage, which is very convenient. Breakfast is plentiful. The front desk reception is warm and friendly.

The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom stocked towels, soap, and a hairdryer while the room had tea, coffee bags, and a kettle. The reception ladies were super friendly and let us store our luggage after check‑out so we could head out for sightseeing. The spot is perfect for visiting the mausoleum complex and the caravanseray if that’s your thing. Breakfast was varied and filling, and there’s an ironing board and iron in the corridor—handy if you’re packing linen or cotton. The downside: the cleaning crew started before 8 am, so their noise might wake you if you’re trying to sleep in.

“Brand new place close to Karavan Saray”

Brand new property, close to the Karavan Saray complex. The bathroom was very complete and the cleanliness impeccable. Breakfast quality was good, even caviar was included. The only hiccup: no lift, which could trouble some guests, and the bedside lights can’t be dimmed.
