The place is beautiful, the views are lovely, and every staff member is charming, super friendly, and provides information and help at all times. I recommend it.
The facilities are excellent with an incredible view, the staff is wonderful, and they made our stay very enjoyable. Nothing negative, everything I loved.
Its location close to the center, the lake view, the comfort, and the room cleanliness were all great.

The staff’s friendliness is truly amazing, the suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, the views were wonderful, and breakfast was very good. However, a hotel of this level should not have its entrance with so many deep pits; it really impacts the experience (since there is no other entrance) and it’s hard to believe they haven’t fixed it or at least tried to. We work in tourism, and even though the staff were amazing and the room comfortable, we cannot recommend it to our clients because of the access.
