The room was clean, which is what matters most to me. The hotel feels a bit old‑fashioned, but renovations are underway. The beds and pillows need upgrading; I usually struggle to sleep in any hotel on the first night, and even after staying two nights I couldn’t get used to the uncomfortable bed or odd pillows.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, the hotel overall was very clean, and the meal included in the restaurant was acceptable. The hotel looks dated, especially the rooms. The bathroom and tub enclosures feel rough and old, and the shower head we used was poor.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfasts took forever – they were great once they arrived, but the process was slow. Make every day’s breakfast a buffet. To charge my phone or computer I had to pull out lamps because there were no unused outlets in the room; maybe add a lamp with outlets to the desk like other hotels do.
