Great hostel in a central location with exceptional service! I stayed in the female-only dorm and, despite sharing with several other guests, slept comfortably thanks to the well-maintained dorm rules and respectful atmosphere. A special shout-out to Ian, KT and Raymond, who were all incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. From accommodating my after-hours check-in to generously supplying endless sticky tape and helping me with my packing, they went above and beyond to make my stay a great experience. Such a lovely team who genuinely make you feel welcome! Highly recommend this hostel for both its location and outstanding hospitality. I’d happily stay here again!

The location is wonderful. The 14‑bed female dorm is on the first floor. Staff are helpful and friendly, especially KT and Ian. They offer free breakfast, towels, tissues, and even slippers.

Overall everything was fine and I would recommend it. The location and facilities were very good. You could hear noise from adjacent rooms; the usual lack of respect and empathy from guests.

The location was excellent, the room was clean, simple but comfortable. The breakfast was very simple, but having a refrigerator available lets you buy extras to improve it. The corridors could use a wash because of many stains on the tiles.
