“Ficou aquém das expectativas para o Japão”
The room looked out to the sea, had a bathtub on the balcony, water and tea were available in the room, it was quite spacious, the female onsen had beauty treatments, the hotel provided yukata, kimono, and slippers, there were massage chairs, and a pleasant library space. Staff didn’t speak English, which made communication hard. Breakfast and dinner were very weak. We stayed for 3 days and breakfast was always the same options; dinner dishes barely changed. The buffet stayed unchanged. Breakfast had little fruit, dinner had none. The facilities were old and needed renovation. The onsen was separate, which was a downside because we were honeymooners and couldn’t use it together. A staff member entered our room on the first day while we were inside. The location was far from the city centre and there were no nearby services, making it difficult to visit the rest of the city unless you have a car.
