The staff were always friendly, the food was excellent, and breakfast was well stocked. The spa area looked lovely and, even on All Saints’ weekend, we found it relatively empty and could relax. The room felt a bit too warm for our taste, but opening at least one window helped circulate air. In the twin‑pool area with hot tubs we noticed a strong chlorine smell that burned our eyes; it was the first time I'd seen that, not sure what caused it. Also, check the hair dryers in each room; ours worked well most of the time but sometimes stopped entirely and then resumed after a few minutes as if nothing had happened.

The hotel was nice and clean with easy parking. The spa was great but not included in the room rate, so I had to pay extra. It’s located outside the old Fiuggi town, so you need a car to get around. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked because a new Eurospin shop opened next door, and the Eurospin staff stayed at the hotel that week. The spa was also fully booked, leaving little space to enjoy it.

Everything was fine. It would be a plus to have an electric kettle with chamomile tea in the room.
