We loved the room—comfortable and pleasant—and breakfast was another highlight: tasty, varied, and thoughtful, even offering a take‑away lunch box. But the bellhop and reception disappointed us; arriving with backpacks and luggage and getting no assistance is not what you expect at a hotel of this caliber. Overall, the room and breakfast were great, but the arrival and departure service fell short of the level this hotel promises.

The location is fantastic, the gym is good, and the full breakfast is solid. The pool is fine, but there’s no comfortable spot for sunbathing, and the reception lacks the Ritz‑Carlton glamour.
