“不論是房間環境或是飯店設施 都挺好的!早餐選擇也很多,泳池開放到12點。出入有接駁車可以搭,對面就是賭場可以去玩!”
The environment and location were great, and there is a shuttle that takes you back and forth to the big world. Nothing else – everything was fine.

It’s close to everything, but the TV keeps cutting off the internet whenever you’re watching a movie or any program.

The hotel’s location is very convenient for all events, and all services are available.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

The staff were very polite, friendly, and attentive. The pool was large and very clean, the garden with palm trees was beautiful, and the grounds were well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of dishes and good service. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The location was convenient for those wanting to visit Grand World Phu Quoc, the so‑called “Venice.” The hotel regularly provided free transfers to and from there, and we were also very warmly welcomed. Free transfers from Fukuoka Airport to the hotel and back were a big plus. The main disappointment was the beach: on the day we arrived it was hardly prepared—only a few umbrellas, a lot of litter on the shore and in the water, rusty structures, and dangerous protruding metal pieces. Near the fence there were large piles of garbage. Throughout our week we watched the beach gradually being cleaned up with tractors and other equipment, and beach gear being set up and tidied. Some guests even collected bags and other trash from the water themselves. The beach’s condition especially ruined the holiday impression, as it was one of the main reasons we chose this resort. Another issue was the prices of drinks at the beach, which were several times higher than at the nearest supermarket. In my view, a five‑star resort should prioritize a clean, safe, and fully equipped beach over charging such high prices for ordinary drinks. From what I saw, only a few guests bought drinks by the sea. The toiletries in the bathroom were also disappointing: shampoo and other items were in large fixed bottles attached to the wall, which looked more like a budget hotel. The body cream was especially poor—it barely absorbed even on dry skin, and its quality and scent, in my opinion, were far below the level of a five‑star resort. If the hotel uses fixed dispensers for cost or preservation reasons, a better solution would be small, high‑quality individual packages.
