It was a solid spot for our Route 66 trip. The property is tidy, though it looks like they’ve done their own renovations and a few things are slightly off. The lack of in‑room coffee was a real let‑down for my husband, and overall the place could use some updates.

The hotel is nicely located near Old Town. The breakfast was a major disappointment in a not‑so‑clean dining area; apart from fresh‑baked waffles, there was only toast with butter and jam. Communication with the staff was awful—no response to app messages, emails, or WhatsApp, and that could definitely improve.
